1.1.Why
should I trust your company and how will I know this is not a
scam?
We have operated this business on the
Internet since 1996. We do not sell address of nobody knows
women. Each lady in our catalog is registered with our Agency
and has interviewed with us at our various offices within
the former Soviet Union. We operate in Saint Petersburg,
Taganrog, Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg, Bishkek, Alma-Aty, Tomsk,
Kazan... We do not want you to buy an address, send a letter
and wait for months for an answer. If a woman in the catalogue
it means she is still available for correspondence. Please
write her your first letter for free right from her personal page
using "Electronic mailer" system, then when you like her
answer you have choice of buying her address and write using
general mail, Express mail or write her your answer right
away via us for $15 per your letter her answer delivery. Or prepay
$100 for 10 letters in advance and we will set up a special
discount account for you.
2.How
do you deliver letters?
Usually, when letters arrive at our offices,
we telephone the woman you have chosen to write and she
will stop by to pick up your letter. We also provide assistance
with interpreting, if needed, and help the ladies so that
they can respond to you quickly. If, for some reason, the
lady does not wish to answer we will send you an email saying
so and invite you to write to another of our many wonderful women.
3.What is
usual turn around time?
Time from the moment when you submit
your letter to receiving her reply is usually
1 - 10 days. It depends on the lady and how fast she picks
up your letter and when she has time to write you her reply.
If she is out of the city this may take a little longer.
You are always welcome to email us at any time. We will gladly
help you determine the status of your letter or her answer.
We will soon be implementing a new program that will allow
our clients to easily check the status of their correspondence
on-line.
4.How could
I send my photographs?
When you submit your letter you will be given a unique order
ID, (always remember it for future references). Prepare
your photographs as jpg files, each photo should not exceed
50-100 kb to comply with our system. Email your photograph to
elegy@elegy.com
and put letter's ID as the subject. Your photo will be forwarded
with the letters. There is no limit to the number of photographs
you can send. If you do not have ability to scan your photo,
mail it to our US center, and we will scan it for you for
$1 per photo. Include a prepaid envelope so we could send the
photographs back to you.
5.I am using
your "Electronic Mailer" system for correspondence.
Now I would like to send a gift to my Lady. What is the
best way to do it?
The Best way is to send it via Express
Mail. If you are in the USA, it is the best to use US MAIL
Express Mail. Express mail costs approximately $16 and is about
one third what similar services cost elsewhere.
6.What
is the best way to call my Lady?
After exchanging a few letters our clients
usually start calling and communicate on the phone. There
are plenty of good low cost long-distance services. If you still

We have different calling plans. 1 min to Russia starts
from $0.12 per min. from USA. If you need an interpreter,
we have them and assistance is available. Just ask us to arrange
a conference call for you.
7.I would
like to travel to the city where my lady is. Would you help me?
Yes. Please tell us your plans. We are
experts and we will be glad to arrange your trip.
8.What does
this 10 point English proficiency system means?
This is how each lady estimates her knowledge of English.
1-5 points -- She has studied English in the past, perhaps
in school, or she has just started to learn English. She
can read your letters and respond to you with the assistance of
a dictionary. 6-8 points -- She has limited English skills
but can converse and communicate effectively with you by
telephone. 9-10 indicates that she is fluent in English.
